This is my first post for my new blog. It seems to be my mission in life to help newly diagnosed, or people with suspicions of gluten intolerance. I diagnosed myself 10 years ago, at the age of 49, after being plagued with many health issues. I found that western medicine didn't have the answer to heal the damage of many years of gluten damage. I was blest with wonderful friends that helped guide me to nutritional healing. I have found with a diet based on fresh, real food, and vitamin and mineral supplementation, that the gluten damage is slowly healing. Through this blog, I hope to help others with the same problems I had, to heal quickly.
